IMPROVED 50% PRESSURE RESISTANCE
ZHSU PP RCT pipe is a next-generation polypropylene random copolymer with a special crystalline structure that increases its pressure rating at high temperatures by 50%. Known as polypropylene random crystalline thermal tubing, its enhanced crystalline structure is formed through a special nucleation process that allows the pipe to operate at high temperatures and pressures.
50 YEARS LIFE AT 70℃ TEMPERATURE
2.PP RCT pipe is designed for continuous operation at temperatures up to 90°C. The pressure rating is based on the wall thickness of the PP RCT pipe. Pressure ratings are based on the wall thickness of PP RCT pipe, with a working life of up to 50 years at 70°C and 1 MPa. PP RCT pipe is suitable for hot and cold water, plumbing, and Hydronics in commercial high-rise buildings, industrial piping, compressed air, food processing, etc.
100% NEW RAW MATERIAL FROM BOREALIS
In order to ensure the safety of potable water application, ZHSU imported 100% new Borealis raw material for PP RCT pipes with a range from 20mm(1/2") to 160mm(6"), which is a stable material that will not be affected during processing and manufacturing.

SOCKET FUSION JOINT FOR PPR PIPE SYSTEM
1 Fusion Preparation
Choose the suitable sockets and install, and prepare the fusion machine, tools, and fusion material
2 Cutting the PPR pipe
Cutting the requested length with the specified PPR pipe cutter
3 PPR pipe Cleaning
Cleaning the PPR pipe welding Surface with alcohol
4 Measure Depth
Marking the suitable depth for specified PPR pipe
5 Heating
Push the PPR pipe and PPR fitting into the welding tool up to the welding depth without turning
6 Fusion and Connecting
Push the heated pipe fitting exactly and suitable adjustments, adjustment should be finished within 5 seconds

Remarks :
→ The heating time for the PP RCT pipe should comply with the requirement of PP RCT products and be adjusted according to the working temperature.when the working temperature is bellow 5℃,the heating time should be extended by 50%.
→ When the heating was finished, quickly remove the pipe and fitting from the welding tools, join them immediately without turning until the marked welding depth is covered by the bead of PPR from the fittings
→ The joint elements have to be fixed during the specified assembly time, after the cooling period, the fusion joint is ready for use
